Every summer LLA offers summer camps for kids with many different needs. In this post, we will be highlighting School Readiness Program.
School Readiness Program: For Kindergartners
This camp provides children the opportunity to use and practice school skills all summer long in the areas of socialization, language, reading, writing, motor skills, and creative arts and music. Led by speech and occupational therapy staff, specific skills such as identifying letters, blending sounds, rhyming words, handwriting, tying shoes, problem-solving, playing, sharing, exploring music, and many other areas will be addressed. This is a great way to get your child ready for the upcoming school year! This camp will be taking place every Monday in Hudson and every Wednesday in Medina from June 10th through August 12th. The cost of this camp is $100 per week.
